ResponsibilitiesShould have min 8+ Yrs experience in SalesforceProvide technical expertise and scalable solutions for strategic, multi-brand projectsBuild, test & implement complex configuration or coding to support projects & campaignsAdvise technical best practise for marketing campaignsExpand the capabilities of marketing cloud by testing and implementing new functionality as it is releasedWork with the wider CRM & Data team to understand the CRM database and ensure that data is linked to marketing cloud appropriatelyPromote designs, standards & processes to support efficient & repeatable marketing operationsReview Marketing Cloud reporting to ensure we stay within our contracted limitsUnderstand global marketing consent rules across multiple regions and assist complianceCuriosity and energy - ability to understand the customer's true pain points and apply our solutions creatively to establish a differentiated architecture and solutionAbility to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied global environmentsAbility to multi-task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problem
