The Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for identifying and marketing qualified candidates to clients, working with US job boards, and engaging in strategic bench sales activities. Daily responsibilities include sourcing candidates, negotiating pay rates, coordinating interviews, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a talent pool to ensure readiness for quick placements.QualificationsProficiency in bench sales activities, including sourcing candidates, marketing, and placementsExperience in working with US job boards, such as Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilderStrong understanding of IT and non-IT recruitment processesExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to maintain and expand an active talent poolFamiliarity with visa types and compliance (H-1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plusOutstanding organizational and multitasking skills
