Role: SE/SSE – LaravelRelevant Experience: 2-7 YearsOverview:We are currently involved in a government project, and we prioritize security compliance androbust architecture design. Our work encompasses solutions in the Edutech domain and CRM,requiring a meticulous approach to logic, architecture, and data security.We are seeking a skilled Sr. Laravel Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in Laravel development, extensive experience withMySQL and MongoDB, and proficiency in REST API development. Additionally, the candidatemust demonstrate expertise in implementing two-way security measures for data encryption anddecryption.

Key Responsibilities:● Develop and maintain robust, secure, and scalable Laravel-based applications.● Design and implement RESTful APIs ensuring high performance and security compliance.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions.● Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.● Implement and maintain data encryption/decryption mechanisms for sensitive information.● Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality andsecurity standards.● Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in web developmenttechnologies.

Education & Experience:● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.● Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing successfulprojects.● Proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, MySQL, MongoDB, CURL, Memcached, and GIT.● In-depth understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.● Experience in implementing two-way security measures for data encryption anddecryption.● Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.● Prior experience in the Edutech domain or CRM solutions is preferred.● Prior experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.● Familiarity with government project requirements and security compliance standards is aplus.
