We provide Wealth and Asset Management solutions across private equity, venture capital, venture debt, direct lending, public equities, and global macro strategies.We are looking for an AVP – PR & Brand Communications to lead our media relations, brand positioning, and external reputation. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to strengthen Lighthouse Canton’s visibility in global markets.Key Responsibilities- Lead PR and media relations strategy to enhance brand visibility.- Develop brand messaging, narratives, and communication assets.- Manage press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content.- Drive internal communications including townhalls, leadership messages, and employee updates.- Support crisis communication and sensitive corporate messaging.- Oversee social media and digital communication strategy to strengthen brand reputation.Requirements- 5–7 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or branding (financial services preferred).- Strong media relations and storytelling capability.- Experience shaping brand identity and executive communication.- Excellent writing and project management skills.- Proficiency in digital and social media communications.
