JD:

Responsibilities:

·Monitor daily logs and proactivelyidentify and troubleshoot issues in Pega applications.

·Investigate and analyze root causesof issues reported by clients, providing timely resolutions andrecommendations.

·Support and maintain existing Pegaapplications, ensuring high availability and reliability.

·Develop or implement Javacode/modules as requested by clients to enhance application functionality andperformance.

·Participate in daily stand-up callsto discuss project status, updates, and potential blockers.

·Collaborate with business analysts,stakeholders, and QA teams to implement Jira stories and user storiesefficiently.

·Conduct unit testing and integrationtesting of Pega applications and Java modules to ensure quality and adherenceto requirements.

·Document technical specifications,code changes, and troubleshooting steps for reference and knowledge sharing.

·Stay updated with Pega platformupdates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improvedevelopment processes.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or related field.

·3-8 years of experience as a PegaDeveloper, with strong proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander)and Java development.

·Pega certifications such as PegaCertified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect(CSSA) preferred.

·Solid understanding of Javaprogramming language, J2EE frameworks, and related technologies.

·Experience in troubleshooting, debugging,and performance tuning of Pega applications and Java code.

·Familiarity with Agilemethodologies, Jira, and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

·Excellent communication skills, bothverbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clientsand team members.

·Strong problem-solving skills,attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a teamenvironment.
