Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in Okta identity management solutions and their implementation in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management to ensure secure and efficient access to company resources.
• In-depth understanding of Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for secure communications.
• Proven experience in Java programming to support the integration and customization of identity solutions.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) expertise is mandatory to enhance security mechanisms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges effectively and efficiently.
• Strong communication abilities to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach to staying updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of the Okta platform across various applications and services.
• Design and enforce identity management solutions to maximize security and accessibility for users.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of identity and access management solutions to align with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system architecture and processes for auditing and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Okta identity solutions promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations concerning identity management.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on using identity and access management tools effectively.
