We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Manufacturing and Advanced Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain processes and pricing strategies using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EBS SCM and Advanced Pricing modules, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement and support Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Advanced Pricing modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and customize Oracle EBS SCM and Advanced Pricing solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization and efficiency.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle EBS applications, including patch management and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle EBS SCM with other enterprise systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and user manuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features, functionalities, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain manufacturing processes and pricing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS SCM modules, including but not limited to Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing and its integration with other Oracle modules.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
