Role - SAP BI/BW Principal Consultant SAP Skills- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of SAP BI/BW, SAP BI/BW on HANA, BW4HANA, SAP ABAP work experience in SAP Implementation/Development/Support projects. Exposure to SAP Analytics on Cloud. Should have SAP A4O reporting experience. Should be able to write ABAP code. Should involve in the implementation of CDS views in S4HANA. Should have strong exposure in area of SAP BI/BW (. COPA, CCA, FI-GL, FIAR and MM data flows).  Should have worked on Change Requests. Ability to independently handle client communication/interaction (over Zoom/Teams calls and emails). Work experience in SAP Implementation/Development projects would be desirable. Should be willing to work in UK shift timings. Responsibilities- Facilitate the Project/Development work in SAP BI/BW module. A4O reporting tool guidance to business when needed. Prepare FS/TS, process documents and test documents. Perform detailed analysis of any business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements. Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements. Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy client’s needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of BI/BW solution. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Business Skills- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.  Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.  Understand business processes for focus area or multiple modules.  Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.  Should be reliable, should have attention to detail, leadership, and an eye for innovation. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Must be result oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. Should be customer facing with good presentation skills.  Strong analytical skills.  Understands business functionality related to SAP module/application as well as can identify and understand touch points between modules.  Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.  Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.  Has knowledge and experience in client’s industry.  Can solve/can contact resource to solve detailed SAP problems.  Can apply best business practices, especially those that SAP enables to meet client needs.   Consulting Skills- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff. Communication skills should be good, Assertive, Coordination, Should take ownership of assigned work.  Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.  Ability to interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.  Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assists in management of scope.  Creates professional relationships with client.  Develop new professional peer relationships for additional business or possible new consultants.  Helps develop overall marketing messages.  Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.  Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program).  Participates in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.  Leadership Skills-
Excellent team leadership skills.  Seeks ways to increase the project team effectiveness.  Acts as a mentor to the team Seeks ways to increase their level of contribution and therefore team.  Personnel Development-
Development of consultants to meet your project’s requirements.  Maintains knowledge of focus area at an expert level (known as the consultant’s consultant).  Give effective feedback (Immediate and Evaluations).  General Skills/Tasks-
Evaluates and designs application and/or technical architectures.  Leads team effort in developing solutions for projects.  Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.  Meets billing efficiency targets, complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.  Keeps project management appraised of project direction and client concerns.  Understands client’s business and technical environments.  Regularly prepares status reports.  Effectively manage a single engagement on a detailed level.  Define project scope.  Direct team efforts in developing solutions for mission critical client needs.  Manage the team responsible for the daily activities of assigned projects.  Ensure project quality, satisfaction and profitability.
