Role & responsibilities

Were seeking a Sr. Python Engineer for a 6-week contract to design algorithmically rich coding problems and build benchmarking systems that test reasoning, correctness, and performance. Perfect for engineers who love algorithms, problem-solving, and performance optimization.

Job Description -

  • Design algorithmically challenging coding problems across DS, Graphs, Number Theory, and Strings
  • Develop Python-based solutions, test suites, and benchmarking frameworks
  • Write clear technical specs and metadata (taxonomy, difficulty, metrics)
  • Ensure robustness, correctness, and edge-case coverage in real-world software scenarios
  • Collaborate in peer reviews and maintain modular, production-ready code

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5+ yrs software engineering, 4+ yrs Python
  • Strong in algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis
  • Bonus: competitive programming, benchmarking, or test automation
  • Expertise in at least 4 areas: DS, DP/Greedy, Graphs, Math/Number Theory, Strings, Advanced Algorithms
