Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Support Executive for our voice process team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and be willing to work in the US shift. Previous experience in US banking customer support is preferred, and candidates should have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to US banking customers via voice calls.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with customers always.
  • Shift Work: Work during US shift hours to align with the operating hours of US-based customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality service

Requirements Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Customer Support: Previous experience in customer support, preferably in US banking.
Voice Process: Good knowledge of voice process operations and best practices.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in US shift hours.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
Patience and Empathy: Demonstrate patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
Team Player: Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and issue resolution.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and handle challenging situations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • US Banking Experience: Previous experience in US banking customer support.
  • Customer Service Training: Certification or training in customer service or related fields.
Location
  • Bangalore: This position is based in Bangalore and requires working from the office
