We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and System Design. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background and a passion for building scalable and high-performing applications.

Candidates with experience in the Insurance domain will be given preference. If you are a quick learner, enthusiastic about adopting new technologies, and ready to make an immediate impact, wed love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Apply strong knowledge of DSA and system design to build efficient, robust, and scalable solutions.

Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and application debugging.

Work closely with product owners and QA teams in an Agile environment.

Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively learn new tools and frameworks as required.

Understand and apply domain knowledge effectively, especially in the insurance industry (preferred).

Required Skills:

3+ years of professional experience in Java development.

Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred).

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Insurance domain.

Exposure to DevOps tools and practices.

Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and frameworks.
