We're looking for an experienced Tech lead who values teamwork, innovation, and a supportive work environment.

Job type: Full time (9 am - 6 pm IST)

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor application performance and optimize bottlenecks in the system.
  • Implement caching, database optimization, and other techniques to improve the speed and efficiency of data synchronization.

2. Code Quality and Standards:

  • Ensure coding standards and best practices for Django development are being followed, including code reviews, to maintain high code quality.

3. Architecture & Infrastructure Design:

  • Lead the architectural design of the application, ensuring it supports real-time data processing and is scalable across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Oversee the management of our Kubernetes clusters to ensure the application's infrastructure is highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant.

4. Automated Testing Framework:

  • Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure robustness and reliability of the application.

5. Integration and Scalability:

  • Oversee the development and integration of APIs with various e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless data synchronization.

6. API Development and Management:

  • Design and architect robust, scalable APIs that serve as the backbone for both internal services and external integrations, facilitating real-time synchronization of inventory, products, and orders across various e-commerce platforms.

7. Technical Leadership:

  • Provide mentorship to the dev team, fostering professional growth and encouraging the adoption of best practices in software development and system architecture.
  • Serve as the key technical contact between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.

8. Reporting

  • KPI Reporting: Weekly tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to maintain high product quality standards.
  • Tech Debt Management: Regularly conduct code audits to identify areas of technical debt, especially those related to outdated API integrations
  • Process Optimization: Weekly reviewing and refining dev processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, adopting new tools and practices where beneficial.
