What is the Job like?

Central POC for Zeta’s various Product Implementations, Delivery and technology partners for end-to-end project implementation, UAT and subsequent Production related issues Manage multiple projects and initiatives at the same time Plan, develop and execute schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones Ensure timely and accurate communication with project sponsor and project stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the project Regular communication and status to management team Monitor and manage priority for deliverables in a capacity based methodology Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in project work (requires extensive follow-up & coordination) Detailed project planning and control Managing project deliverables, project scope and change control in line with the project plan Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary Prioritizing project goals with other ongoing projects

Who should apply?

7-8 years of project management experience Advanced knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the areas of planning and project delivery Very flexible and with a strong ability to see what needs to be done, take ownership and act on it without detailed supervision Must be from a technical background and have hands-on experience with any tech stacks (Java), Microservices, and design principles. Experience working with project management and prioritization tools Strong leadership, relationship-building, and negotiation skills are required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationships Strong hands-on experience on any project management tools like JIRA/ Rally/ etc. Must possess strong oral and written communications skills and be effective in interpersonal communication Highly organized and able to manage multiple work streams at the same time Combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle Rigorous - asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots Ability to drive change in a technical work environment Life At Zeta At Zeta, we want you to grow to be the best version of yourself by unlocking the great potential that lies within you.
