Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategic Account Manager, based in Surat with some work from home flexibility. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include overseeing logistics operations, coordinating with various departments to meet client requirements, managing contracts, and identifying opportunities for account growth. The role also involves preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management experience
  • Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technology
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
