Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating day-to-day operations, managing stock movements, preparing sales reports, and tracking team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen interest in contributing to the overall success of the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer requirements.
- Monitor and track stock availability, movement, and replenishment to support timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare, maintain, and share accurate sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Assist in tracking sales team activities, targets, and achievements.
- Serve as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments such as logistics, accounts, and customer support.
- Maintain records of sales transactions, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
- Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and communication with customers or distributors.
- Ensure proper alignment of sales processes with company policies and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
