We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Navision ERP Specialist with significant experience in Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and support of these ERP systems to ensure they meet the business needs of our organization. This role requires a combination of technical and functional expertise to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and system capabilities.

Designation: Software Executive – Microsoft Navision (ERP)
Preferred: Immediate Joiners
Key Responsibilities:
1) Implementation and Customization
- Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016 solutions, including requirement analysis, system configuration, and data migration.
- Customize and configure the ERP systems to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and performance of the ERP systems.
2) System Support and Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for both Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including upgrades and patches.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP systems.
3) User Training and Documentation
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users and stakeholders for both ERP systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
4) Business Process Improvement
- Work closely with various departments to understand their processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the ERP systems.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements to optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016.
6) Project Management
- Manage ERP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure successful project execution.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and support.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics NAV 2016.
- Proficiency in SQL, C/AL, and AL programming languages.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
- Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics products.
- Knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
