Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to drive sales performance and meet targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the building material segment Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create compelling sales pitches and promotional materials Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the building material segment Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Willingness to travel as needed .
