Job Title : Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager - Execution & Commissioning ( Industrial Automation)

Base Work Location: Vadodara

Relevant Experience Range: 10 to 12 years in Industrial Automation Industry


Roles & Responsibilities :


1.    Configuring hardware and software for PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems.

2.    Developing PLC logic following IEC 61131-3 guidelines.

3.    Creating Function Design Specifications (FDS) for pharmaceutical automation systems.

4.    Qualifying automation systems according to pharmaceutical industry standards.

5.    Managing projects and project timelines effectively.

6.    Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

7.    Commissioning automation systems and ensuring their proper functioning.

8.    Managing teams to ensure project completion within deadlines.


Desired Candidate Profile:


1.    Proficiency in industrial communication protocols.

2.    Experience with Schneider family PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.

3.    Knowledge of AVEVA SCADA and Historian products.

4.    Familiarity with Windows OS, server configuration, and pharmaceutical domain networks.

5.    Expertise in PLC logic development following IEC 61131-3 guidelines.

6.    Experience in automation system qualification and Function Design Specification (FDS).

7.    Understanding of GAMP categories.

8.    Competence in SQL databases and SSRS.

9.    Proficiency in C# programming language.

10.  Familiarity with instrumentation used in the pharmaceutical industry.

11.  Experience in commissioning automation systems.

12.  Strong customer interaction and communication skills.

13.  Effective time management and project team management abilities.


1.    This role requires a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively. Additionally, familiarity with pharmaceutical industry instrumentation and regulatory guidelines such as GAMP would be crucial.
