Position Overview:

Opening for a detail-oriented and proactive Infosec Role as Identity Analyst / Identity Engineer. This role will support the Identity and Governance Lead in managing and optimizing identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The role will be responsible for day-to-day IAM operations, including user provisioning and de-provisioning, access reviews, and supporting privileged access management (PAM) activities. The role requires an understanding of IAM technologies and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Provisioning and De-provisioning: Manage the lifecycle of user identities, including creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Access Reviews: Assist in the execution of regular access review processes, ensuring that user access levels are accurate and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM): Support the implementation and management of PAM solutions, including monitoring and managing privileged accounts and access.
  • Incident Management: Address and resolve identity-related incidents, such as access issues and authentication failures. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Generate and maintain reports related to identity and access management activities. Monitor IAM systems for performance and compliance and report any anomalies or issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain and update documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations. Ensure that documentation is accurate and accessible for audit purposes.
  • User Support: Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding IAM-related issues, including password resets, access requests, and general inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Infosec domain and 01 year in IAM related IT role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, Ping Identity).
  • Knowledge of identity governance, access control, and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
  • Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and practices.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring high levels of security and compliance.
