You will report to the Senior Director, Product Marketing

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do

  • Work with customers to develop compelling assets that articulate their iPaaS journey and business outcomes.
  • Be a SME for the sales team to explain the value of Informatica's iPaaS program to prospects.
  • Promote our products and best practices by marketing events, webinars, social media, and other channels.
  • Be a spokesperson with press, analysts, and at industry events.
  • Develop and drive the complete launch of new products.

What We'd Like to See

  • Are well-versed in enterprise software, especially data management, data and app integration, iPaaS and cloud technologies.
  • Can develop product positioning/messaging that articulates unique value propositions.
  • Understand multiple main personas, including app developers, app/enterprise architects, citizen integrators, data engineers, ETL and software developers, data analysts, data scientists, and C-level IT managers.
  • Oversee and deliver a complete bill of materials, including ebooks-blogs-whitepapers-datasheets etc., presentations, briefs, FAQs, guides, and related collateral that allow the sales process from lead generation to deal close, create excitement, and build trust in market leadership that accelerates solution adoption.
  • Work collaboratively with partner and GSI teams to accelerate and scale programs.
  • Can persuade cross-functionally across a global, diverse organisation by building relationships based on results and reliable ongoing interactions.
  • Can think out-of-the-box and bring a creative flair to product positioning and marketing campaigns.

Role Essentials

  • 8 or more years of product marketing experience with experience delivering compelling, breakthrough content in an enterprise software environment.
  • Develop an understanding of iPaaS, cloud data integration, and market and solutions, customer pain points, competition, and trends.
  • Experience with content development for complex products sold to IT or other technical buyers is desired.
  • Written and verbal skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially converting complex ideas into simple messages.
  • Experience participating in and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Work with peer and senior technical customer users/buyers to solicit and summarize customer and market feedback for actionable recommendations on positioning and messaging.
