About the Job – An Oracle Application R 12 Manufacturing Consultant plays a pivotal role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Manufacturing modules within an organization. This specialist bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that the manufacturing processes align seamlessly with the capabilities of Oracle R 12.

  • Job Title – Oracle MFG Consultant Location : Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Noida Educational Background – BE/Btech Key Responsibilities – Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle R 12 Manufacturing modules, including Inventory, Work in Process (WIP), Bill of Materials (BOM), Cost Management, and Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure that the system design meets those requirements.
  • System Customization: Customize Oracle R 12 applications to meet specific business needs, including developing custom reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems to Oracle R 12.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality, performance, and integration with other systems. Address any issues identified during testing.
  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on the functionality and use of Oracle R 12 Manufacturing modules. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all configurations and customizations comply with industry standards and best practices. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
