is all about.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Workforce Planning & Management to join our team GOT METRICS REPORTING. This role is in Pune - HYBRID Mode.Key Responsibilities:Headcount Strategy and Planning:Implement comprehensive headcount strategies as agreed with the Head of Workforce Planning & Management and aligned with organizational objectives.Oversee the complete headcount life cycle, including planning, forecasting, budgeting, hiring, and off-boarding.Drive the implementation of effective headcount controls to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.Cost Optimization and Reduction:Utilize proven experience to identify and implement headcount controls, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Spearhead initiatives to achieve sustainable headcount reductions, contributing to cost reduction programs.Mitigate risk through strategic planning and proactive identification of potential challenges.Workforce Management Systems:Design, implement, and manage workforce management systems, ensuring accurate reporting, audit tracking, and end-to-end controls.Drive the integration of advanced tools for strategic planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting.Champion the implementation of innovative technologies to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of workforce management.Leadership and Collaboration:Lead a team of workforce analysts and professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive committees to align headcount strategies with broader business goals.Play a key role in the support and execution of the organizational strategy, ensuring its alignment with headcount management objectives.Conduct and lead meetings with senior stakeholders, providing insightful updates, strategic directions, and recommendations for achieving headcount targets.Risk Management:Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies related to headcount management, anticipating and addressing potential challenges and risk to plan.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, minimizing legal and operational risks.Data Analytics and Reporting:Utilize data analytics to assess workforce performance and efficiency.Develop and maintain workforce planning models and tools, integrating data from various sources to provide accurate forecasts and projections.Ensure uniformity in reporting and precision in numerical data. (Golden Source)Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in headcount planning and forecasting.Drive the transformation of manual-based processes to integrated planning using cutting-edge tools and technologies.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Extensive experience in a senior workforce management role or similar within a large-scale organization.Proven track record of successful headcount controls, cost optimization, and reduction strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams in a Global environment.In-depth knowledge of workforce management systems, headcount and financial modeling, and strategic planning.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.Technologically adept with expertise in tools such as SharePoint, Nintex, Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, Alteryx and other relevant applications.If you are a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing headcount, driving cost efficiency, and achieving operational excellence, we invite you to apply for the role of SVP Workforce Management position at BNY Mellon.
