Please respect your time and ours— apply only if you meet all of the above. ????‍???? What You’ll Be Doing Code daily. Set the bar high for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Lead and grow a high-performing team across engineering, QA, and UX. Drive improvements in application performance , observability , and automated testing across our stack. Architect and evolve mission-critical systems for a modern, scalable Saa S platform. Build robust logging, monitoring, and alerting strategies using Azure-native and third-party tools. Collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams. Own and improve engineering workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. Perform in-depth code reviews and guide the team in writing clean, testable code. Champion TDD, performance profiling, and shift-left testing practices. Hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture. ???? Requirements 10+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years in a software engineering management or tech lead role. You currently write code every day and are hands-on with modern systems. Expert-level skills in:. NET (C#) — backend APIs and service architecture SQL — advanced queries, performance tuning, stored procedures Angular — component-based front-end development Azure — App Services, SQL, Functions, Dev Ops Pipelines Proven experience in: Building and scaling observable systems (logs, metrics, traces, alerts) Improving application performance and reducing technical debt Implementing and enforcing automated testing strategies ???? Bonus Points Experience with AI/ML APIs, analytics platforms, or customer-facing insights features. Knowledge of Docker, Cloudflare, Send Grid, or Twilio.
