Finance & Compliance Associate

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Compliance Associate atXeed Ventures located in Bengaluru. As a Finance & Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting with financial reporting. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Fund accounting of AIFs, financial statements preparation, financial reporting. Tax Compliances (both Direct and Indirect Taxes) Co-ordinating with the lawyers and consultants to ensure timely completion of SEBI, Tax and other statutory compliances. Qualifications Qualified CA (or exceptional CA-Inter/Semi qualified) with 2-3 years of experience Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance procedures Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modeling Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
