Job Title: Director of Finance

Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

About the Company: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic B2B SaaS company, working closely with the founder, as a Director of Finance. You will lead a high-performing finance team, play a critical role in financial planning, and oversee key financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance department with 4-5 direct reportees.
• Oversee Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Controller duties, and Investor Relations.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST, and Taxation processes.
• Drive financial strategy and planning across the organization.
• Conduct due diligence and manage the fundraising process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a must.
• Strong expertise in AP, AR, GST, and Taxation.
• Proven experience in due diligence and fundraising activities.
• Experience in team leadership and managing 4-5 direct reportees.

Compensation:

• Above industry standards, plus ESOPs.
