We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with expertise in Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and microservices . The preferred candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience, a solid technical background, and the ability to actively participate in technical discussions, define project scope, and directly address troubleshooting issues.
Key Requirements:
Deep Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, and microservices for optimizing Mobile Banking operations.
Hands-on Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and resolving technical issues, guiding the team, and ensuring system stability .
Leadership and Collaboration: Must foster collaboration, encourage innovation, and maintain clear communication across departments.
Requirements for the Role:
Strong Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mobile banking technology within Google Cloud, with expertise in Kubernetes and troubleshooting using tools like Dynatrace.
Multitasking Across Projects: Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently and steering team members towards successful outcomes.
Strong knowledge of issue resolution & escalation practices
Core Competencies:
Agile/Kanban Project Management: Excel in managing projects using Agile methodologies for high-quality releases.
Process Improvement: Enhance processes through standardization and automation for efficiency and scalability.
Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct deep qualitative and quantitative dives for thorough problem resolution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Executive Communication: Effectively convey information to drive alignment and influence decision-making.
Technical Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence is expected. Desirable Traits:

Organizational Skill: Exceptional organizational skills for managing stakeholder engagements.
Eagerness to Learn: Inclination to rapidly acquire deep expertise in fintech and mobile banking infrastructure. This role blends technology with strategic vision to drive innovation in mobile banking, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
Strong working experience in Application support & service management tools : ServiceNow, JIRA
Sounds knowledge of Dynatrace & Grafana monitoring tools
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: minimum 10 -12 years of industry experience with Role as Technical Project Manager with strong technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure ( preferably from Banking Industry with knowledge of supporting Mobile Banking application support )
Minimum 5 years of Hands-on experience in google cloud, Kubernetes and application support.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science ( minimum )
Technical Skills: Understanding of Application support, software architecture, networks, databases and incident response protocols and tools.
Candidates with hands-on experience in cloud technology and a strong technical background, who are available to start before June 30, 2024, are encouraged to apply for this position.
