Role Description

This is a role for a LIC Advisor. As a LIC Advisor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling LIC insurance products and policies. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting needs analyses, recommending suitable insurance plans, and assisting clients with policy applications. Additionally, you will provide ongoing customer service and support to existing policyholders. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct needs analyses and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Client servicing and support skills
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is beneficial
