The Role
We're seeking a skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer to build robust, scalable solutions that power our legal tech platform. You'll work on everything from real-time lawyer matching systems to AI-powered legal assistants, directly impacting how millions access legal services.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain web applications using and
  • Build responsive, high-performance frontend interfaces with React
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to manage legal data
  • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways
  • Implement real-time features for our 24/7 legal helpline (LOTS)
  • Collaborate on our AI legal assistant (LAILA) integration
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security
  • Write clean, maintainable code with proper testing

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full stack JavaScript development experience
  • Strong proficiency in and
  • Expert knowledge of React and
  • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and development
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and deployment processes
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud preferred)
  • Understanding of authentication, security, and data protection

Nice to Have

  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Knowledge of Docker and containerization
  • Real-time systems experience (WebSocket, )
  • Experience with legal tech, fintech, or compliance-heavy applications
  • Mobile app development experience (React Native)
  • AI/ML integration experience
  • Understanding of Indian payment systems and KYC processes
