Quant Analytics Associate Senior

As a Quant Analytics Associate Senior in the Connected Commerce Chase Travel Analytics team, you will collaborate with product owners to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will help shape customer engagement by defining metrics, sourcing data, and creating reports that drive business outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Create high-quality data points to ensure accuracy and minimize redundancy
• Rationalize complex data sets for cross-organizational use
• Translate data into meaningful insights and present compelling stories to stakeholders
• Produce, optimize, and automate reports to support business needs
• Analyze travel-related data to understand customer behavior and trends
• Monitor and assess the impact of guardrails on customer journeys for seamless booking experiences
• Design and conduct experiments to measure the effectiveness of new features or changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Degree in a quantitative or related field
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to complete tasks independently
• Experience with experimentation techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Experience working with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, and SQL databases
• Ability to explain and convert complex concepts for diverse audiences
