The FP&A Lead is responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting acrossbusiness units. This role partners closely with BU heads and Operations teams to deliverinsights that shape strategic decisions. The Lead will own P&L analysis, lead forecasting andbudgeting cycles, and support planning and reporting.Key responsibilitiesOwn BU-level P&L analysis and reportingPartner with Business Heads and Operations teams to drive financial performanceLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDevelop financial modelsPresent insights to senior leadershipDrive automation and process improvements in planning and reportingKey skills4 to 7 years of experienceStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsUnderstanding of IT/ITES revenue models and cost structuresExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentCA/MBA Finance is a must.FP&A experience in IT / ITES industry is a must.
