Job Description:
Position - Ecommerce Quality Analyst
Location - Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Quality Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our online store, contributing to a seamless customer experience. Experience with e-commerce platform Magento is a must. Please apply only when you have experience with Magento.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough testing of all website functionalities, including product listings, search, shopping cart, checkout, and payment processing.
Identify and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across the website and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with developers and designers to resolve identified issues and ensure timely implementation of fixes.
Maintain accurate test documentation and reports.
Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and automation scripts.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce quality assurance.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience as an Ecommerce Quality Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of web development principles and testing methodologies.
Experience with e-commerce platform Magento is a must.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with API testing is a plus.
