Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Officer at AIM. The Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placements, communication with students and industries, career counseling, training students for interviews, and educating students on job opportunities.
Qualifications
Campus Placement and Career Counseling skills
Excellent Communication skills
Training and Education skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in recruitment or career services
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Marketing, Education, or related field
Having an experience of around 5-8 years in the Placement Department
Willing to join immediately
