Sales Technician

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Technician with a passion for jewelry and CAD development. This role is perfect for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to grow in the jewelry and design industry while gaining hands-on experience in a global business environment.

As a Sales Technician, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to support jewelry design projects, ensure technical accuracy, and contribute to a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities

-> Assist clients in understanding CAD-based jewelry designs and product specifications.

-> Support the preparation of technical drawings and CAD files for client review.

-> Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of orders.

-> Prepare and maintain documentation, proposals, and quotations using MS Office tools.

-> Provide excellent business communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

-> Maintain a positive, customer-first attitude while collaborating with team members.

Requirements

Education & Certification

-> Fynetone Professional Certification (Required)

-> CAD Development Professional Certification (Preferred)

Skills & Competencies

-> Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

-> Strong business communication skills – verbal and written.

-> Collaboration & Teamwork: A positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and customer-first mindset.

Experience

-> Jewelry and design background preferred.
