5G Wireless Architect

with 15+ years of experience who can contribute to the success & advancement of our projects through their leadership & expertise.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with account and competency teams to identify service lines to tap into the evolving 5G deployment spaceWork with partners and solution providers to create a compelling proposition for end customers / OperatorsLead discussions with customers on various 5G deployment challenges, their requirements, and TE’s propositionsDrive internal initiatives for focused and business-driven investmentsBuild capabilities by working within competency teams and potential partners as necessaryDevelop innovative and customer-focused PoCsMentor junior team members and groom training to ensure a skilled workforceShare knowledge and insights with the broader IT team and stakeholders.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,A master's degree is a plus.15+ years of experience in the telecom industry working for network OEMs or TelcosStrong understanding of evolving 3GPP standards, 5G network architecture, RAN and core elements, and SA/NSA deployment strategiesExperience in 4G/5G RAN-Core integration, pre-deployment testing, and verificationGood understanding of O-RAN architecture and understanding of CU-DU and DU-RU integration testing and challengesExperience with one of the leading RAN testing tools from Viavi, Keysight, or equivalentExperience working on RAN and core solutions from leading OEMs like Nokia, Samsung, Mavenir, Altiostar, etc.Ability to understand Telcos' business challenges and deployment strategiesUnderstanding of CBRS deployment strategies and SIM/eSIM managementStrong experience working on Telco programs integrating and delivering 4G/5G E2E solutionsIt is good to have some exposure to overall Telco network management, OSS, and NOC operationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Brief KPIs:Innovations & Customer PoCs - 1 per quarter (together with Competency resources and partners as applicable)Solution Wins - 2 per quarter (Technical proposals / propositions)Customer Meetings (CXOs) - 2 per quarterPlanned / Focused Customer Meetings (Engineering / Deployment) - 6 per quarter White paper / technical paper - 1 per six monthsPlanned / Focused Customer Meetings (Engineering / Deployment) - 6 per quarterWhite paper / technical paper - 1 per six monthsJob location:- Bangalore / Trivandrum / ChennaiQualification - B.E, B.Tech, MCA, M.E, M.Tech/M.Sc( Elec)Job Code - DU3001
