Hyderabad, India KPC Projects Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil construction activities for the redevelopment of Nampally Railway Station under EPC mode.
  • Ensure project execution as per CPWD norms, Central Government specifications, and approved drawings.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cost control to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, railway authorities, and client representatives to resolve technical and execution issues.
  • Monitor progress against project timelines and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and statutory compliances on site.
  • Review and approve construction methodologies, work procedures, and technical submittals.
  • Handle contracts management, billing, and documentation in line with CPWD and Railway guidelines.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary project team including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve project goals.

  • Provide leadership in decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.

  • B.Tech (Civil Engineering) from a recognized university.

  • 2230 years of progressive experience in Civil Construction projects, preferably in Central Government / Railway / CPWD projects.
  • Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, EPC contracts, and railway infrastructure works.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale building and infrastructure projects with strict timelines and budgets.
  • Expertise in project management tools, contract administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in Railway Station / Metro / Large Public Infrastructure redevelopment will be an added advantage.
