Business Development Specialist

Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Implement lead generation strategies such as content marketing, email campaigns, webinars, etc to attract and convert prospects into clients. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, social media engagement, and lead generation activities to senior management. Background or exposure in Media or Advertising or Events based organizations is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the media, entertainment, or creative industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive for results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and project engagements. Industry: Media Production Employment Type: Full Time
