- Minimum Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering /B.Tech
- Competency in Mechanical and Electrical subjectknowledge
- Competent in General Engineering Industry ManufacturingProcessesall kinds of Metal working process fabrication.
- Application knowledge(Product WorkingprinciplesFunctionalities)
- Handson QC experience
- Thoroughhands on knowledge and experience in updated Qualityprinciplesconceptsbest practicesTools.
- Thorough knowledge onvarious manufacturing and quality standards ISISOAISetc.
- Handson QAP and SOP preparation experience based onproduct application.
- Experience in Inhouse and Supplier/VendorQuality Audit Assessment Processes.
- Constant updation onIndustry Best Practices and implementation with shopfloorideas.
- Team management and Team working experience
- Leadershipand Good Communication Skills
- Age:Late 30s to early40s.
