The role involves analyzing large P&C claims datasets, ensuring accurate data mapping, migration, and reporting, and delivering insights to improve claims processes and operational efficiency. The analyst will collaborate with IT, data engineering, and business teams to enhance data quality, optimize pipelines, and build dashboards/visualizations (Tableau/Power BI).Must-Have Skills:5+ years of data analysis experience in claims/insurance (P&C).Hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center.Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, ETL tools, and data migration/reconciliation.Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).Strong understanding of P&C insurance claims concepts.
