As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will be crucial in building and maintaining the core backend APIs, web interfaces, and native mobile applications that power their high-stakes financial platform. This is a full-time, in-office position  based in Madurai, requiring a commitment to writing secure, scalable, and high-performance code across the entire stack. Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Engineering:  Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-performance business logic and REST APIs using Python  and the Flask  framework. Database Management:  Model, optimize, and manage data within PostgreSQL  to ensure high data integrity and transaction efficiency crucial for a financial platform. Web Development:  Implement responsive, user-friendly features for the web application using React . System Integrity:  Ensure high availability, security, and data integrity crucial for a financial platform. Code Quality:  Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to maintain high standards of code quality and deployment efficiency. What You'll BringWe are looking for a candidate with 4+ years  of professional experience in full-stack or backend engineering. Must-Have RequirementsCandidates must  have expert proficiency in the following core technologies: Backend:  Strong, demonstrable expertise with Python  and the Flask  web framework. API Development:  Proven ability to design, implement, and secure robust RESTful APIs . Frontend:  Experience developing production-grade front-end applications using React . Relational Database:  Strong experience with PostgreSQL , including query optimization and schema design. Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)NoSQL Database:  Experience with MongoDB  or other NoSQL data stores. Mobile Familiarity:  Direct experience or strong understanding of native mobile development using Swift (iOS)  or Kotlin (Android) . Domain Knowledge:  Familiarity with concepts related to financial technology (FinTech), investment, trading, or high-security transaction platforms. Cloud/DevOps:  Experience with containerization (Docker ) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
