QUICK COMMERCE MANAGER

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Manager to join our quick

commerce team. In this key position, you'll be responsible for driving P&L growth

and enhancing market presence through strategic marketing efforts and data-driven

insights.

The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in category management, pricing,

merchandising. A proven track record of meeting growth targets within a quick

commerce setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase market share on

the quick commerce platforms and profitability.

 Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns to boost

brand visibility and engagement.

 Oversee merchandising and content development, including product

descriptions, promotional materials, and social media assets.

 Use data analytics to track category performance, customer behavior, and the

success of campaigns.

 Derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive

continuous improvement.

 Partner with the buying team and merchandising team to ensure the product

assortment supports marketing campaigns and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

 Proven experience in category growth and marketing, particularly in quick

commerce.

 Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

 Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and achieve results.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
