Engineer - AMG Drivetrain

• Housing, Side shaft, NVH & crash cover, Drivetrain pheripheral component , Electric Transmisison internal components design & development activities.
• Concept devt. with respect to function, manufacturing, Assembly and optimizations
• Feasibility studies based on function, Material selection, Manufacturing process , Assembly sequence • Mech- Electrical component interface design • Internal and external packaging activities , • Performance improvement through VAVE & Design optimzations
• 3d data including Multipart modelling, Assemblies , 2d drawings using NX tool
• GD&T application -tolerance stack up calculation and finalization of 2d drawings.
• Data handling with product data management tool.
• Cross functional Design -Analysis loops.
• Plant & Suppliers - concern resolutionsQualifikationen
• Good Know how on Drivetrain layout, Electric Transmisison- Working principle , Interfaces and Internal components
• Overview of EV Drivetrain domain , Latest trend & technologies, Major assemblies and components.
• Good communication skill & High motivation to work in a team and to contribute with positive attitude.
• Capable of working independently on a given task
• Stakeholder mgt. skills ( Plant, R&D, Suppliers etc.)
