Role Description - Manufacturing Industry Experience is a Must Criteria

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant at ansoim located in Kolkata, with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will be responsible for driving tangible results in Manufacturing and Supply Chain by implementing strategies for Throughput Improvement, Procurement Excellence, Sales Transformation and Organization Development. The consultant will work closely with clients to optimize costs, productivity, improve sales processes, and enhance overall operational efficiencies.

1. Leading and facilitating Lean process improvement projects to optimize operations and increase efficiency.

2. Conducting in-depth analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic solutions to drive business performance.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement Lean principles and practices across the organization.

4. Providing expert guidance and training on Lean methodologies to employees at all levels within the company.

5. Partnering with stakeholders to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and results.

6. Utilizing Six Sigma tools and techniques to analyze processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

7. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

BE / BTech ( Master's degree preferred)
