About The Job :

39k Group is a Prop. Trading firm, is seeking a C++ Developer to join their established team of Developers with extensive experience in a wide variety of asset classes, risk management, and leading trading technologies.

Ideal Candidate :

Excellent C++ skills with a passion for optimization through efficient Algos and Data Structures. We are seeking someone who is searching for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.

Role & Responsibilities :

- In this role you will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of their high-frequency trading system. Further responsibilities include:

- Build, maintain, and support one of the India's most powerful trading platforms while continuously improving performance, functionality, and stability of the system

- Monitor low latency trading system performance, ensure market data and research resource utilization issues are tracked, bugs are fixed and deployed appropriately

- Liaise internally with traders and developers to discuss performance optimizations, vet ideas and questions, refactor existing implementation, and monitor updates to the OS, libraries, and current internal frameworks

- Implement, test, and deploy trading system features and tools according to business needs

- Investigate improvements to the trading system; diagnose, debug, and address issues when needed

- Developing market data connectors for new markets;

- Adding new features to the existing trading systems.

What we're looking for :

- Must 3 to 5 yrs experience with coding languages, specifically, C++ (data structures) and Python.

- BE/B.tech/MS in Computer Science or equivalent;

- Sound understanding of multi-threaded application design and development

- Extensive experience with C++ 11/14/17 development in a Linux environment;

- Solid knowledge of STL, algorithms, and multithreading;

- An understanding of network protocols/programming;

- Experience with design patterns (Observer, Factory, Singleton, etc.)

- Experience with Boost Asio, Zaphoyd websockets & market data handlers.
