The ideal candidate will be proficient in Auto CAD and have extensive experience reading 2 D construction drawings and converting them into 3 D CAD models. A solid understanding of engineering outfitting systems is required.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret 2 D construction & layout drawings.Converting 2 D drawings into 3 D drawings & models.Should have the knowledge of marine termsNeed experience/knowledge in 3 D modelling of vessels & its equipment’sCollaborate with engineers and designers to create detailed ship layouts.Ensure all drawings and 3 D models meet industry specifications and standards.Required Skills and QualificationMinimum of 3 years of experience in ship structure & outfitting designExpert-level proficiency in Auto CAD with 2 D & 3 D.Proven experience in engineering outfitting systems.Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.Diploma/ Degree in any engineering disciplinePreferred Skills and QualificationExperience with Rhino 3 D software is highly desirable.
