Your Mission:
As our Digital Lead Data Engineer, you're the captain of our data engineering team, guiding us through the uncharted waters of big data to discover new lands of opportunity and efficiency. Your expertise will directly impact the development and operation of critical data pipelines, ensuring they are robust, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost.
Requirements Your Toolbox Includes:
  • Technical Translation: Bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, turning complex requirements into actionable data strategies.
  • Operational Excellence: Championing a mindset focused on operational efficiency, ensuring our data solutions are always at peak performance.
  • Compliance Guru: Navigating the complex world of GxP regulation, ensuring all solutions meet the highest standards of data quality, security, and governance.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Working hand-in-hand with Cloud & Data Architects, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to deliver cohesive and scalable data solutions.
  • Innovative Development: Designing and developing modules that meet our stringent requirements for reliability, performance, and reusability.

  • Healthcare Experience: Prior work in healthcare or a related field is a big plus, as is experience with regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards.
Your Technical Mastery:
  • Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.
  • Deep understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions like Snowflake and integration services such as IICS and Tibco.
  • A knack for scripting in Python, R, and familiarity with SCM tools like GitHub.
  • Expertise in automation tools, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Ansible, and knowledge of backup systems like NetBackup & CommVault.
  • Experience with real-world data (EHR, Claims) and using frameworks like Apache Airflow for pipeline creation.
