We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionateabout the clients they serve.We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager to own and manage all internal workflows across ourcreative, digital, social, copy and video teams. This is a critical operations role that ensures projects movesmoothly, deadlines are met, and teams stay aligned, even across multiple locations and remote setups.The ideal candidate will be highly organised, authoritative, solution-oriented, and confident in handlinghigh-pressure agency environments. Someone who can command a room, streamline chaos, and keepthings moving without confusion or delays.Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end daily traffic and workflows across all teams including creative, copy, social- media, video and production.- Act as the central point of coordination between teams in Mumbai, Dubai, and those working- remotely.- Assign tasks, balance workloads and ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects.- Monitor project timelines and actively flag risks, delays or bottlenecks before they become issues.- Implement structured processes for job initiation, tracking, and closure.- Coordinate with team leads to plan weekly, monthly and quarterly workload forecasts.- Manage freelancers and vendors by aligning timelines, deliverables and dependencies- Keep track of all incoming briefs and ensure they are actioned clearly and efficiently.- Maintain strong documentation of workflows, schedules and resource planning.- Introduce and manage a traffic / workflow management tool (Asana, Click Up, or similar) to bring- structure and visibility across teams.- Ensure smooth daily operations with minimal disruption, confusion or overlapping.- Build and maintain discipline around processes, timelines and accountability.Who You Are (Qualifications)- 5+ years of experience as a Traffic Manager / Project Coordinator / Operations Manager in a- digital or advertising agency.- Strong authority and leadership presence with the ability to manage people, timelines and- pressure calmly.- Highly organised, structured and process-oriented with an eye for detail.- Experience setting up traffic systems and processes from scratch.- Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.- Proven experience managing remote teams, freelancers and external vendors.- Strong problem-solver who can provide clear solutions instead of escalating chaos.- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.- Tech savvy and open to implementing and managing workflow tools and systems.- Based in Mumbai and available to work full time from office
