
Technical Manager ERP and LMS For Online Program

Position Overview:
The Technical Manager for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and LMS (Learning Management System) for the online program at Ganpat University will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and LMS platforms to support the university's administrative and academic operations. The candidate will ensure seamless integration, efficient workflows, and user satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of work ethics, reliability, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP and LMS Implementation & Management:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and LMS platforms to support the universitys online programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, customize solutions, and optimize system functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP and LMS with university systems to provide a unified and efficient operational environment.
Ensure data integrity, security, and efficient database management.
System Integration & Optimization:
Integrate ERP and LMS platforms with other systems to enable seamless data flow and reporting.
- Conduct system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
Develop and implement robust data migration strategies to minimize data loss and errors.
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP and LMS for online program-related initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of projects with adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal departments for system upgrades and issue resolution.
Data Security and Compliance:
Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
User Support and Training:
Provide comprehensive user support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs to empower users to leverage the full potential of the ERP and LMS systems.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or in related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in ERP and LMS implementation, management, and support.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of ERP & LMS and understanding of databases, SQL queries, and system integration techniques.
- Experience in cloud-based platforms, system architecture, and cybersecurity protocols.
