Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. This is a leadership role that requires strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business Development: Generate new business leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their staffing needs and positioning our solutions accordingly. Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the West region to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
