Job Summary

will get opportunity to work on PEGA Application.will get opportunity to work on Automation and its toolsperformance testingAbout Performance testing:This role is open under Business unit called (Wealth & Personal Banking IT) and team name is Message Decisioning Their Major work is to provide bank offers to the consumer through messaging applications like text messages, calls, or adds etc .Mandatory Skills:Strong experience in Performance testing using JMeter.Good exposure to Test Automation using Selenium- Java/Python.Strong experience in GIT, Maven, and Allure reports.Strong experience in Performance testing using JMeter.Solid experience in SQL and ETL testing.Experience in Test management tools like Jira.Strong knowledge of QA methodology and toolsExcellent communication, documentation, and analytical skillsExperience: 5+ YearsJob Location: Hyderabad and Pune.Roles and Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements, objectives, and success criteria.Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.Execute performance tests according to the defined test plan and schedule, monitoring system resources, application performance metrics, and response times.Analyze performance test results to identify performance trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.Generate comprehensive performance test reports with insights, findings, and recommendations for optimization.Work closely with development teams to implement performance optimizations, code enhancements, and architectural improvements.Conduct scalability and capacity testing to determine the system's ability to handle increasing loads and user volumes.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in performance testing methodologies and tools.Contribute to the development and enhancement of performance testing frameworks, processes, and standards within the organization.Participate in cross-functional meetings, reviews, and discussions to ensure alignment on performance testing goals and objectiveswhat is in it for you?The entire systems is on PEGA Application, will get opportunity to learn the same and different tools on Automation perspective.About TEKsystemsWe’re partners in transformation.
