Key Responsibilities:
PR Strategy & Research: Design and execute impactful PR campaigns tailored to client needs.
Writing & Content Creation: Develop engaging content for internal use and client-facing communications.
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact, nurturing client partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.
Media Relations: Lead media outreach, manage event coordination, and craft key messages.
Account Management: Oversee daily project operations, ensuring smooth execution in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions and strategies.
Problem-Solving: Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members to drive their professional growth.
New Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business efforts.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in PR, with at least 2-3 years in media relations.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Strong project and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of PR strategies, media landscape, and client industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to delegate and manage multiple priorities effectively.
